The following conditions of use (the “Conditions”) are applicable to purchasing and participating during the Electro-Pollution Fix course (the “Services). The Services given by N&G Média inc., a

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your participation in our Services, you can ask for a full refund up to 30 days of your purchase. Simply contact support@theemfguy.com to get a refund. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Force majeure

We will not in any case be held responsible for the failure to carry, in whole or in part, these Services or of any violation of our obligations towards you based on the following Conditions when they result in a case of Force Majeure or events outside our control. Force Majeure constitutes any case which does not depend on our will and that we could not have reasonably foreseen and against which we could not have protected ourselves. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, any case of bad luck, strike, complete or partial halt of work, lock-out, fire, disease, death in the family, riot, civil or military intervention, new rules being enforced or ordinances of any governmental body and act of war (declared or not). In a case of Force Majeure, these Services might be suspended or canceled, at our discretion.


Termination

We keep the right to end these Conditions and quit providing our Services if you fail to pay what is owed or if you breach these Conditions in any way whatsoever.


Transfer of rights

Services given based on the following Conditions are personal to you. They cannot be transferred to someone else.


Applicable law

These Conditions and any other agreement shared by our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regards to its conflict of laws principles.


Dispute resolution

All legal proceedings between you and N&G Média inc. shall be commenced and shall proceed in the legal district of Montreal, exclusively.
